Pony Tail | Half Up | Half sewn in

Not happy with end result, ponytail is flakey and not sleek the beautician being the professional should have used the products that she knew wouldn't flake, not use what I gave her and then at end turn around and blame it on the product. I should also not have to advise the beautician on how to blend the leave out with the weave. If the weave is curly/wavy then it is common sense that you can't just straighten the leave out and not give it some sort of wave. I am very unhappy with the overall finish, the ponytail looks very messy and not sleek. This is not worth the money paid, £120.
