    Very sad to have to write this review as I have previously worked with this hairdresser on 2 prior occasions and on those occasions I was very happy with the result. The hairdresser was very flexible in arriving earlier than planned. She completed one side which I shared was too long and she made it shorter as I had requested. However when she completed the back she said my hair was longer at the back so my bob was now long at the back and shorter on the one sides. I said I wasn’t happy with it and she said she would take it out. However despite saying this she did not fix it. She said she did try to fix it by adding extensions to the short side. When I pointed out that despite her attempts to fix it she hadn’t fixed it and the side is crooked she agreed it was crooked but she wasn’t prepared to do anything more as she needed to be elsewhere. She said I should speak to the admin team. I asked her to call the admin team which she tried to twice but no one picked up. I have created a support ticket and ask the admin team contact me as soon as possible. I have also attempted calling to reach support.
