I booked an appointment with this person for a specific date and time. She accepted the appointment knowing she could not accommodate the specific date and time I requested. I was very clear before she accepted about the date and the time. After she accepted, she reached out stating that she was fully booked at the date and time I requested and asked to amend the reservation to the following day. I needed the booking for the specific date and time I requested from the start so I declined and asked her to cancel so that I could receive a refund. Her response was that she could not do anything but amend the reservation. She proceeded to mark the reservation as completed even though I had never seen her and she never provided any service for me. I have wasted my hard earned money and now I have to waste my time (and money for international calling fees) calling admin support to get a refund. This is unacceptable and I am extremely unhappy. I would not recommend her business to anyone.

Dolly did a really good job on my hair it looks really tidy and fresh and was really gentle when it came to handling my own hair too. Would definitely recommend!

Onos did an amazing job! My 13 year old daughter is very happy as Onos did the exact hairstyle she wanted! She also did knotless braids for my older daughter a few months ago, which still looks really nice! Will definitely book Onos again!
